Michelle Enciso, Broker/Owner
At Raah Real Estate, I’m passionate about helping people move forward with confidence—whether that means buying or selling a home, commercial property, land, or investment. My goal is to make every step clear, strategic, and rewarding.
Through YCM Estate Coordination, I also guide families through major life transitions—such as estate settlements, relocations, or downsizing—with clarity and care. These moments can be emotional and complex, and I take pride in helping clients find stability and peace of mind through the process.
Beyond real estate, I believe in empowering our community to make informed decisions about their future. That’s why, through Your Future Matters, I lead education classes focused on life planning, finances, real estate, investing, and insurance.
I also co-lead the Inspire Colorado Collective, a business mastermind designed to help local leaders grow partnerships, share ideas, and strengthen our community together.
At the heart of it all, my mission is simple: to help you build a stronger foundation—for your home, your business, and your future.
How I Give Back...
In addition to my work in real estate, I am deeply committed to advocacy and community service. I currently serve as Board Chair for Our House Inc., an organization dedicated to supporting adults with developmental disabilities through housing and life-enrichment programs. I am also a proud Community Partner with The Arc of the Pikes Peak Region, helping provide education, advocacy, and resources to individuals and families.
I actively volunteer as a committee member with the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, where I support local non-profits through fundraising efforts and by helping raise awareness for organizations making a meaningful impact in our community. I also partner with Status Code 4, Inc., a non-profit that provides therapeutic support and resources for first responders and their family members.
As an advocate and care provider for adults with developmental disabilities, this work is deeply personal to me. As a military mom, I also understand the strength, sacrifice, and resilience that come with service. Together, these roles reinforce my belief that everyone deserves a place to belong, the opportunity to thrive, and the support needed to build a meaningful future.

To me, properties are more than investments—they’re the places where stories unfold and memories are made. My goal is always to lift stress during big transitions, helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
I’m passionate about building knowledge and confidence in others, whether that’s through real estate guidance, community education, or mentorship. I also believe deeply in strengthening community connections—because when we lift each other up, everyone grows stronger.
And as a military mom, I hold a special place in my heart for supporting military families with the understanding, respect, and care they deserve.
